Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@stashbkk.co before shipping anything back. Items must be unused, in original condition, with complete packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days. Card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
