When you place an order we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payment card data is processed by our payment providers and never stored on our systems.

To fulfil orders, provide delivery updates, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Order records are kept as required by Thai law. Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@stashbkk.co.
